    Is it possible to add new page template to standart theme? Can you build template in accordance with my specification? If yes, how much does it cost? You can send me e-mail.

    @Vitaliy: You can build page template by building child theme. For child theme refer to http://catchthemes.com/blog/create-child-theme-wordpress/. To build template according to your specification, you need to hire customizer from http://catchthemes.com/hire-customizer/ . You can fill that form and you will get quote.
