    Hello –

    I purchased the Catch Responsive Pro theme this morning and have installed it on my website. However, I cannot access the Customize page at all. It just keeps spinning and does not load. I have tried on two computers over two different internet connections (at home and at work) and am getting the same results on both.

    @David: Most you will see these type of issue when there is conflict with the plugin. So, try disabling plugins one by one to find the conflicting plugin and check in. Customizer should work fine. Also make sure that you are using latest version of WordPress.
