    I have an issue with my password protected page. When I test it and submit the password it takes me to a 404 Error saying the page is missing. The URL shows up as wp-pass.php

    I have tried changing the permalinks and nothing works. It was suggested I try deactivating the theme. I am nervous I will lose all my content. Will this happen? If not, how do I actually deactivate and then reactivate the CatchEverest theme?

    @siqve006: Catch Box theme don’t have issue with password protected post. No you will not loose data by deactivating the theme. But fore that try deactivating the plugins and check in that is conflicting.

    I only have 2 plugins and when I deactivated both I didn’t see a resolution.

    @siqve006: Can you activate different theme and check it. You can download http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/catch-box/ and check it.

    Send me your site URL as well. Let see.

    When you originally went in and deactivated one of my plugins you fixed my problem, but then you reverted my css styles back to the original. I had to have my website backup put in place and then the newsletter error came back. Even after I deleted the maintenance mode plugin. What else did you do when you were in my site that solved this problem because it isn’t working for me and I don’t want to lose my css again.
