    Hi,
    I would like to add an external link in the main page slider, instead of a page or post.

    I know how to do that with WordPress menus, but i was wondering if there was a way to do the same thing with the slider.

    @Cyril: For that you need to use “Featured Image Slider” instead of Page or Post Slider. Just go to “Appearance => Theme Options => Featured Slider => Slider Options” and then select “Featured Image Slider” and Save Change. This will give you your own image slider where you can upload image, add title, content and link as per your need.
