    Hi,

I like the theme, it’s a bit tricky, as I am not aware of working with websites and templates and this is my first time. Is there a way to remove the Catch Everest Footer? “Powered by: WordPress | Theme: Catch Everest?

I may have more questions and I will create new posts as they arise.

    Thank you.

@Rafeek and @famulan-fr: We don’t allow users to remove copyright information from footer if you are using free theme. As this is the only form of recognition that we received for giving all these hard work of Design, Development and Support.

We are planning to release the Pro version soon, where you will be able to remove the information with footer editor option.

    I hope you understand this.

That’s not going to work. I’d pay for a license, but that’s blogspam.

I’m tearing apart the code looking for this to remove it. Give us a license option.

I agree.  Your theme is AWESOME, and I love it, but I can’t tolerate the name in the footer.  Do a premium version and I’ll happily pay for it.

@StefanPaulGeorgi: Yes you can upgrade to pro version http://catchthemes.com/themes/catch-everest-pro and edit the footer code easily through Theme Options panel. See the theme instruction for Catch Everest Pro http://catchthemes.com/theme-instructions/catch-everest-pro/

@bernd.luennemann: You can create custom menu from “Appearance => Menus”. Then you can assign menu to Footer location. See more about menu here in http://catchthemes.com/blog/custom-menus-wordpress-themes/ and http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/

@Lucas: What is your issue? Can you explain with reference to your site URL? So, that I can check your site and give you the suggestions.
