We assume that Parts and Fashion are your product category pages.
Please note that the Shop page and page template are two different things. If you want your category pages to have a shop like layout, you need to create product categories named Parts and Fashion, then add them to your navigation menu as custom links.
To do this, add the category title to the navigation menu and paste the corresponding category URL into the custom link. This will allow you to access your category pages with a shop-like layout.
