Change theme to mag pro

My client wasn’t sure which layout would work best for him. For the first version, I used Enterprise Pro and customised it quite extensively.
Now he probably wants to switch to Mag Pro. Is it possible to do this simply by installing and activating the new theme, or would it be better to perform a complete reinstallation?
