    Hi, I installed the free version of Chique Music and decided to upgrade to Pro. Did that and now have a license key. Unfortunately the instructions re how to install license key, as described in this help topic –
    <h2 id=”question-installation-how-to-activate-license-key” class=”faq-question question”>How to activate license key?</h2>
    do not correspond to what I see in the theme options. The activate license key option is not there.

    How can I install the license key for my purchase. Will I need to download the pro template and install it on my site, if so would this replace the work I have already done on the free version?

    I tried linking my url in my account page, but this didn’t work. I deactivated the link but still could not see the license key tab in the theme options.

    Hi Geoff,

    Thanks for purchasing the Chique Pro theme. After you purchase the theme, you need to download the pro theme zip file from your account at https://catchthemes.com/my-account/. You can follow the instructions mentioned in FAQ at https://catchthemes.com/faq/how-to-install-themefor-pro-theme/.

    Only after you install and activate the Chique Pro theme, you will see the license key tab like this

    We also provide free installation support, if you need our assistance then do let me know it.

    Hi Sakin, thanks for your prompt reply. Yeah, I thought that I would probably have to download the theme and then upload into WordPress. I was hesitant to do that as I wasn’t sure if I would lose the work I had already done on the free version. Hence I was waiting on guidance before committing.

    However, after reading your reply I concluded that it was the only way to do it, so went through the process. It is all fine, I did lose some of the work I had done as it set everything back to default, but the bulk of what I had already done remained and it’s not too difficult to replicate what I had lost. In fact, there are a lot more options now, so all is good.
