    Service Section (Front page)

    Do i have the option of converting the image in service section to video, i mean integrating youtube links.

    How do i edit the navigation URL in “continue reading” CTA

     

    Menu Section (Front page)

    How do i add a thumbnail image on the “menu of the day”

     

    Blog Post section (Front Page)

    The blog posts are not visible on the Front page, is it because in settings i linked post page with blog? What should be done. Home page is linked to Front page, so how do i connect to blog page?

    @cgarryjames : Service Section (Front page)
    To integrate YouTube links : Select type as Custom from the customizer. In the link field : Enter the desired video link. You will need to upload the image for the given link. In the More Button Text field enter the text as desired.

    Menu Section (Front page) :  To add a thumbnail image on the “menu of the day” : Edit the menu item and set a Featured image for the selected item, it will appear as a thumbnail image for the particular item.

    Blog Post section (Front Page) : To enable blog posts on static FrontPage : Go to Appearance => Customize => Theme Options => Homepage / FrontPage Options
    Locate Check to Enable Recent Posts on Static Page : Make sure it is checked.

    Let me know if you have any more issues.

    Hi

    Thank you for your clear and simple instructions, it helped.

    The service section and the blog post issue is resolved. I still have to go through the “menu of the Day” issue. But prior to that another issue has cropped up.

    The slider image is only partly visible, if i select “With back ground image” as an option. If i select the layout “without background image” the image and text on slider is clearly visible, but it looks like with a transparent or a greyish background, not the same or similar white background of the entire home page / website.

    secondly the header which was disabled is still found in the next section after slider section and before service section.

    Please help resolve this issue.

    @cgarryjames : Regarding the slider as I have already mentioned in another topic you will need to upload the images with the proper dimensions which is 850px by 850px. I checked your site and it looks like the slider images are still not properly displayed its due to the different image dimensions.
    Header section : Login to your WordPress admin section. Go to Appearance => Customize => Header Media

    Remove the text that you have entered in fields : Header Media Sub Title, Header Media Title, Header Media Text, Header Media URL and Header Media URL Text and click on Publish.
