    @Sevian: You can adjust the margin bottom as per your need and add the following CSS in “Appearance => Theme Options => Custom CSS” box.
    #secondary .widget { margin-bottom: 30px; }

    @Sevian: The following css can be use to change the border color
    #secondary .widget { border-color: #ddd; }
