    Next problem:
    I added an image in the footer. What do I have to do, that the image resizes if I change the window-size (using a mobile)?

    solved the problem. insert

    img {
    max-width: 100%;
    height: auto;
    width: auto\9; /* ie8 */
    }

    works till now.
