— Post are show in date and in ascending order. This is how WordPress works.

— We don’t recommend to change it as it changes as per the screensize. when you make changes for large screen, you also need to check to change to small screens.

— For this you need to use plugin. Search for plugins at http://wordpress.org/plugins/
can we post via email including uploading images?
— This also lies in Plugin territory. You can just install Jetpack plugin and active Post by Email.
