    How do I change the Nepal/Everest images and type for this theme and substitute them with my own

    you need to create and upload a new slider image at 1140 × 450px and make this a ‘Feature Slider” from the Appearance > Theme options Tab

    @johnbroganjr: Please check the theme instruction at http://catchthemes.com/theme-instructions/catch-everest/
    1. Go to “Appearance => Theme Options => Featured Post Slider” in your WordPress Dashboard
    2. To add Posts in the slider, click on Slider Options and simply insert the ID numbers for posts in the boxes, one post ID number in each box
    3. To change the slider effects and timing, go to Slider Effect Options which is just below Slider Options
    4. Click on Save button
