@4-allee-des-melezes: If you reduce the height of images in the slider the slider will not look good and the height is also calculated automatically so I suggest you not to reduce the height of the images. Let me know if you have any more issues.

Appearance => Customize => Additional css and add the following css

Regarding font size do you want to increase or decrease the font size please let me know.

@bastienchill: You will need to copy the biography.php file from the parent theme to the child theme. The files lies inside the templates-parts folder. you will need to copy the file and paste in the similar path as that of the parent theme locate the View all posts by text and insert your desired text.
