The Section Sorter feature which is used for reordering the sections is only available in the pro version of the theme. I suggest you to upgrade to pro. You can check out the additional-features available in the pro version of the theme.

For that first edit the page Youth and Select Sidebar as Optional Sidebar One.

Then,
Go to => Appearance => Customize => Widgets => Optional Sidebar One => Add your widgets and Publish.

}

You can change the font size according to your choice.
