To import the demo you will need to install and activate Catch Themes Demo Import plugin and Essential Content Types plugin.

Then,
Go to => Appearance => Catch Themes Demo Import => You should able to find the import options here.

Note: Make sure you have Simclick theme activated on your site.

I am afraid it is not possible to have widgets in the header.
