    Hi there,
    the problem is very simple.
    I just need to open the Menu and close it again. And if i now want to click something on the webpage, it does not follow the link but jumps to the top of the current site.

    Please fix it as soon as possible, it’s sometimes very strange.

    Hi,
    the Website I have this error on is currently in Maintenance Mode cause there are missing some important information.
    But you can easily can recreate it with the official Demo Webpage of this theme.

    I use the Firefox Browser if this helps in some way.

    Can you make sure if you are using the latest version of the theme 1.0.4? I don’t seem to have the menu issue at my end.

    yes I am using the latest version. I tested the same error with another Browser (Chrome) and there is the same problem.
    The error even occours with the demo version of the “Scapeshot Pro” Theme.

    This error happens mostly on the Startpage. Just open the Menu, wait a second, close it again via the “X” and scroll down to a link or button and click it. Nothing happens.

    Maybe the scrolling down after closing the menu makes the problem.

    Hello,

    i got your Email but I cannot do that for security reasons, sorry. But I tested it with Firefox, Chrome and Microsoft Edge and even with another Computer. There is the same error/problem on each device/browser. It’s a bit confusing, that you cannot recreate that problem. It happens on ALL demo Themes of the Scapeshot Theme (Pro, Light, Music and Wedding) and on my Website.

    This is strange as I checked the Scapeshot Free theme as well as the demos at my end and the menu seems to be working fine. Can you please provide only your site URL through the email so that I can try looking into the issue?

    I checked your site on my laptop and the menu seems to be working fine on both homepage and inner pages. Can you please let me know on which system you are having this issue? Also can you please try checking your site on other systems and see if the menu issue occurs on those systems as well?

    Hello,

    yes, i tested it with four different browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge and Brave) and three different machines (All with Windows 10). There is no difference in the behaviour of the site.
