Yes, changing the Site Language to French will also change the admin page texts to french.

The Close text in the Menu hasn’t been translation ready. That will be fixed in the upcoming update.

The Header Video not working on mobile devices or screen size below 900px width is a default WordPress Feature. You will need to use our Header Enhancement Plugin for the header video to work on mobile devices. Install and Activate the plugin and the header video should work on mobile devices as well.
