The Classic Menu option is only available in pro version of the theme. I suggest you to upgrade to pro. You can check out the additional-features available in pro version of the theme. You can even Font Family Option through which you can change the header font.

To have the main menu appear on top of the homepage
Go to => Appearance => Customize => Additional CSS and add the following CSS Code.

#header-content {
	top:0;
	bottom:unset !important;
}
.header-top #header-content, .home #header-content {
	animation:unset !important; 
}

To disable featured slider (horizontal slider) on all pages except homepage
Go to => Appearance => Customize => Theme Options => Featured Slider => Enable on => Select Homepage/Frontpage

The vertical slider will be disabled on other pages if you don’t add any other sections like Portfolio and so on and enable them on Entire Site.

@erict: Go to => Appearance => Customize => Menus => View All Locations => Primary Menu => Edit Menu and Remove the Silfra – Iceland 2019 menu item.

The featured slider section is the horizontal slider so to make any changes to it you will need to
Go to => Appearance => Customize => Theme Options => Featured Slider.

All other sections like Portfolio, Featured Content, Hero Content, Service and Testimonial show up in the vertical slider. So if you don’t want Projects section
Go to => Appearance => Customize => Theme Options => Portfolio => Select Disabled.

Other than these sections the vertical slider contains a static homepage or latest posts section.
You seem to have selected a static page as your Homepage.
You can Go to => Appearance => Customize => Homepage Settings => Your homepage displays => Your latest posts. This will display all your posts on the Homepage like Green Meadow, Before I had time to respond and so on in this link.

@reidm: I think the link which you are inserting in the Link URL of WP Image Block is a bit wrong. The link url you are inserting to points to the image of Search Results instead pointing to the Image in the Gallery.

For Example:
For the 2nd Image with trees on your post Two Days and One Night Spent in Desolation. The Link URL have inserted is this which shows the image in the Search Results.
Can you change that URL to this as this points directly to the image in our TRAVEL & NATURE Gallery.

I am not fully sure but I think this maybe the reason the links are not pointing to the correct image.
Can you try doing this for all the images and let me know if this works out.

The Catch Import Export using the .dat file is for importing Customizer Settings file and not demo content .xml file.

You can use our Catch Themes Demo Import Plugin to import both the demo content file and then the customizer settings file that will make your site like the demo.
Install and Activate the plugin.
Go to => Dashboard => Appearance => Import Demo Data => Choose an XML file for content import: => Browse and Select the .xml file and Click on Import Demo Data.
