To update pro theme you’ll need to first download the theme from your https://catchthemes.com/my-account/ page. Then install Catch Web Tools plugin and activate Catch Updater Module. https://wordpress.org/plugins/catch-web-tools/

@jrallison: To remove the grey border
Go to => Appearance => Customize => Additional CSS and add the following CSS Code.

.site-content article {
	border-bottom:0;
}

To make the page content extend out to the full browser width
Go to => Appearance => Customize => Theme Options => Layout Options => Sidebar Layout Options => Select No Sidebar Full width Option and Publish

For the time being
Go to => Appearance => Customize => Additional CSS and add the following CSS Code.

.custom-header::before {

}

Can you check if all the images you have uploaded to the Header Image are of the recommended size or of similar aspect ratio?
The recommended image size for Header Image is 1920*1080px.

This is strange as everything seems fine at my end even after update to 4.0.2.

Can you do the following and check if you get your customization after update.
– Revert back to to version where you site was working fine.
– Install and activate Catch Import/Export Plugin
– Go to => Dashboard => Catch Import/Export => Click Export to Export your customizer settings
– Now update the theme to the latest version
– If the customizer settings are not retained Go to => Appearance => Catch Import/Export => Import the .dat file that had exported earlier.

Go to => Appearance => Customize => Additional CSS and add the following CSS Code.

.widget_nav_menu ul li a {
      width:50%;
}

You can change the button size according to your choice.
