I understand but the js used to display the video lightbox seems to not consider the time parameter in the link. You will need to edit the video and upload a new one and use that one in the promotion headline video.

The Button Url does works well but it does not open a video lightbox like when the Play Video button is clicked.

I think this is due to the huge gap above the title and below the content of the Services section. As you click on About Us it tries to show the whole of the Service Section so the menu gets hidden at the top.

To change the title Archives to Blogs. You will need to create a child theme and do a little bit if customization. Let me know if you are familiar with child theme customization so that I can guide you.

Yes you can change the Header Image on a page by page basis. Featured Image does that.
Go to => Appearance => Customize => Header Media => Enable On => Entire Site, Page/Post Featured Image
