I did check your site. Do you want to have Featured Content as well as the recent posts enabled on your Static Homepage? I checked the option Check to Enable Recent Posts on Static Page under Homepage/Frontpage Settings and now both Featured Content Section as well as the Recent Posts section is showing up.

Go to => Appearance => Customize => Additional CSS and add the following CSS Code.

    font-size: 18px;
}

You can change the font size according to your requirement.

Also you seem to be using a very old version of the theme. Please update the theme to latest version.
