The section you are referring to is the Portfolio Section. You will need to use our Essential Content Types plugin for that. Install and Activate the plugin.

Now
Go to => Dashboard => Portfolio => Create new Portfolio Posts with Featured Image.

Then
Go to => Appearance => Customizer => Theme Options => Portfolio => Select the posts you just created.

You seem to have used the following CSS Code to hide the Search button on the menu but it hides the Menu button on smaller screens as well.

Please replace the above code with the following CSS Code.

I am afraid it is not possible to have the search form show up in the mobile devices.

To have numeric pagination in search results
Go to => Appearance => Customize => Theme Options => Pagination Options => Select Pagination type as Numeric.

* Update: The numeric pagination doesn’t seem to be working. I will look into the issue and get back to you soon.
