To remove the border
Go to => Appearance => Customize => Additional CSS and add the following CSS Code

tbody tr {
    border: none;
}

The height of table seems to coming from inline and cannot be overridden by using additional CSS. Are you using any plugin to create tables? If yes please try contacting the plugin support. They maybe able to help you out better.

Go to => Appearance => Customize => Site Identity => Site Icon => Select an Image and Publish.
