You can use our Essential Widgets free and pro plugin for widgets.

We don’t use Bootstrap but we do use Sass and Sass file will be present in the theme folder itself.

We support block editors but the theme options we provide is not currently available as Gutenberg Blocks, we are working on that.

The color code that you are using is white rgb(255,255,255). Try using other color code.
You can use rgba(255,255,255,0.7) where the last field is for opacity.
