I suggest you not to change the php files without creating a child theme as changes will be lost when you update the theme. Please post your site URL and and which link you would like to remove so that I can see if a chunk of CSS Code can do the job.

You will need to create a child theme and do a bit of customization to add more optional sidebars. Let me know if you are familiar with child theme customizations otherwiser I suggest you to hire a customizer to get it done.

Have you activated the license key on your site? If not,

Go to => Dashboard => Appearance => About Theme => License Tab => Enter your License Key => Save Changes and Activate License.

You can get the license key from your Catch Themes My Account Page.

Go to => Appearance => Customize => Theme Options => Footer Contact => Select Type as Custom and you can edit the Title and Description. Finally Publish the changes.
