I am afraid it is not possible to change the Archive Header Image with available theme options. You will need to find a suitable plugin from WordPress Plugin Repository which does that.

The Home tab icon is the default menu icon coded in the theme. Sub menus cannot be added under it.
So to remove the Home menu item
Go to => Appearance => Customize => Additional CSS and add the following CSS Code.

.menu-item.home-icon {
    display: none !important;
}

To remove the unwanted text on News and Updates page
Go to => Appearance => Customize => Additional CSS and add the following CSS Code.

To have a sidebar
Go to => Appearance => Customize => Theme Options => Layout Options => Homepage/Archive Layout => Select Right Sidebar and Publish.
