Go to => Appearance => Customize => Menus => View All Location => Header Social Menu => Deselect any menu and Publish.

Go to => Appearance => Customize => Additional CSS and add the following CSS Code.

    display: none;
}

Can you let me know which font you would like to use?

I am afraid it is not possible to split the menu in order to place the site title and description in the middle. If you really need it I suggest you to hire a customizer to get it done.

You can replace the Header Image with the Slider.
Go to => Appearance => Customize => Header Media => Enable on => Select Disabled and Publish.

Then,
Go to => Appearance => Customize => Theme Options => Featured Slider => Enable the Section and Select your options and Publish.

The above CSS I provided you removes the Header Image section in the blog page.

If you want a Header Image to appear in the blog page first remove the CSS I provided you above.

Then,
Edit the blog page => Set a featured image and Update the page.

Finally,
Go to => Appearance => Customize => Header Media => Enable on => Select Entire Site, Page/Post Featured Image and Publish.
