rockmusicraider ParticipantHi, Thank you. Well noted for the block theme update, that will be a great and welcome change. As to the fonts, I am trying to preload the font files for faster access. But as the fonts are baked into the code, that would be impossible. Or is it? Please advise. Best rockmusicraider Participant@tikaram: Thank you. It was indeed the WP Rocket plugin. There is an option to eliminate the jQuery Migrate file. This is now unchecked, and the site is back to normal. Fyi, here is what WP Rocket has to say about this functionality: https://docs.wp-rocket.me/article/1304-remove-jquery-migrate This is now solved, please close the thread. Tks. rockmusicraider ParticipantMay 18, 2018 at 8:25 am in reply to: Posts don't publish on Homepage / Number of posts not matching #146081rockmusicraider ParticipantBrowser cache has been done some time ago. Tested it on Edge, Chrome and Firefox and it returns the same error. Tests were done on normal browsing and private, again same result. The theme is the latest version. Best

This incident somehow corrupted the frontpage category settings. When I deleted the current and reset it all, it came back. The theme is now working fine for the posting. The open issue is that the number of posts specified in the settings/reading panel sometimes does not match with the posts actually shown on the front page. Any idea what could cause this? The plugin is deactivated now and the problem is still there. I also deleted it before and reinstalled, problem persists. The other plugins are not the cause of the issue neither. So, I am at a loss. RMRMay 15, 2018 at 11:50 pm in reply to: Posts don't publish on Homepage / Number of posts not matching #145805rockmusicraider ParticipantI have an update on the posts that don’t publish:
 – The incident appears to be linked to an update to the Social Warfare plugin that caused considerable trouble.
 – It seems that somehow the category functionality is corrupted. No re-install of theme or WordPress seems to fix it.
 – Here is what I see:
 – Only posts published on the date of the incident with the plugin or later don’t show on the blog page.
 – Newly created categories don’t show on the blog page
 – If I switch to a pre-existing category, the post will show up.I am mystified. If you have any wisdom, please share. Best

Appreciate it. rockmusicraider ParticipantHi @Mahesh Yep, the underlying problem of starting customization is clear to me. Indeed, if I want to do some more serious rework, then I will need someone to build it for me. But not yet: First this site needs to take off a bit more before I invest. Meantime, if you could let me know what you have in mind with category page options, I would appreciate it. I hope this would not interfere with SEO? I have set categories to noindex, follow to avoid duplicate content. Please advise Thanks
 Danrockmusicraider ParticipantUnsatisfactory answer, I am very disappointed. I will not hire a customizer, but see if other, more powerful themes can handle multi-stream better better. Not necessarily Catch Themes, though. Tks
 Drockmusicraider Participantrockmusicraider Participant@ Sakin: Thank you kindly. Works. Appreciate your help. rockmusicraider Participant@Sakin: OK, found it. Here is the solution:
 .single-post .entry-header .entry-title,
 #content .image-tall .entry-title,
 #content .image-square .entry-title {
 padding-bottom: 0;
 }
 .entry-title,
 .entry-title a {
 color: #ffc000;
 text-decoration: none;
 }It was the style sheet entry that blocked. No idea why. Cheers rockmusicraider Participant@Sakin: Tks for checking. For me still unchanged. The title in http://www.rockmusicraider.com/2015/04/18/lacuna-coil-dark-adrenaline-2012-evanescence-on-steroids/ still shows color #202020, not the yellow it should. This error only occurs in the content page, not the front page. Front page is ok. Could you look into it further? Tks much in advance. rockmusicraider ParticipantHi again! The GA program must have sensed trouble. It now changed to ‘Receiving Data’. Please disregard my request – case is solved. rockmusicraider Participant@Sakin: Site http://www.rockmusicraider.com If you click on one of the post headers in yellow it will take you to the content page. Example: http://www.rockmusicraider.com/2015/04/18/lacuna-coil-dark-adrenaline-2012-evanescence-on-steroids/
 The title is still there, but not on color #ffc000 as instructed.Please advise rockmusicraider Participant@Sakin: Thanks a bunch for the column width, worked like a charm. Now looking much better. I checked the color settings for content. The content color for title is correctly indicated @ #ffc000, yet it displays #202020. Cannot get it to change, something is forcing the post page to apply the wrong color. Any idea what that is or reversely can I force it somehow? Please advise.
