prius4fParticipant
Just curious about why the ip address I used to ask about the discount is now blocked from accessing my account? Why do I now have to go to another machine to login? And why do you not simply post the standard renewal fee at 50% off (which itself is actually expensive)? Why do you not offer free updates forever without support like most theme companies do? You offer free updates for your free themes, but paying customers must keep paying. You do not seem to be the easiest people to work with. And even if I pay for a renewal, you still block the download until after I contact you. You business dealings border on being unethical.
prius4fParticipantHow do we get the 50% renewal discount? What is the discount code? Thanks.
prius4fParticipantUnfortunately, you guys seem to do this on a regular basis.
prius4fParticipantThank you. Works great.
prius4fParticipantOh! Apparently, if you have both Pro and Mustang installed on the same site and activate Mustang, WordPress says there is an update to version 2.8 and displays the change log for Pro since Pro is on version 2.8.
So some confusion between themes and versions for some reason.
Now understood 2.2 is current for Mustang. Thanks.
prius4fParticipantDoes this mean whenever there is an update, we have to request an account restore???? Is it possible to simply leave my account in a working state?
prius4fParticipantCAN’T DOWNLOAD THEME. NO OPTION AVAILABLE. NOT FIXED.
prius4fParticipantYes, that works great.
prius4fParticipantExcellent. I will give that a try and watch for the update. Thanks.
prius4fParticipantMore thoughts – if I go to your demo themes at CatchThemes.com, Catch Box Pro also does not show a down arrow in landscape mode on the android tablet. However, Catch Mustang does show a down arrow in both landscape mode and portrait mode on the android tablet. So this appears to be a theme issue with Catch Box Pro.
prius4fParticipantFYI – I have a new example site since the other site is offline pending client review. The new example is http://www.restbreak.com . What I am seeing now is that in landscape view the responsive page layout appears without an arrow on the menu. When I rotate the tablet 90 degrees to portrait view and without even doing a refresh, the down arrow appears. When I rotate back to landscape, it goes away. This behavior continues as long as I care to keep flipping the table. No page refresh is needed to make the arrow go away and then return depending on landscape or portrait. I’ve observed this behavior on two different Android browsers. So since there is no page refresh but the arrow comes and goes depending on the screen orientation, perhaps that is not related to the server caching old pages? Thanks, Steve
prius4fParticipantIt sometimes works now. In landscape view on the tablet, the responsive menu displays but without the arrow. Flipping to the narrower portrait orientation and reloading the page then the arrow displays. Then flipping back to landscape, and reload, the arrow goes away even though the responsive menu format is displayed.
prius4fParticipantThat did not fix it. Same problem continues. See same site above. What next?
prius4fParticipantYes, you are correct. Removing that custom CSS restored the font sizing feature. Than You!
prius4fParticipantThat works great. Thanks!
prius4fParticipantThank you. I will try that. I understand your explanation why you would not want it to be responsive. Actually I preferred the color of the secondary menu so was using it and giving the primary menu a blank dummy menu to suppress it. So two menus were not being presented.
An alternative would be css to modify the color of the main menu if you could post that. Thanks again. Great theme.
