Here is an example site: http://www.fixer1.com/csf/
The site has no plugins activated and no custom CSS. The menu down arrow does not appear in Android on the menu in the Dolphin browser or the standard android browser.
Is there a way to get the down arrow to appear? It does appear on Windows when you shrink the screen enough to activate the responsive menu.
Thank you.
March 21, 2013 at 10:17 pm #5583SakinKeymaster@prius4f: Just update to Catch Box Pro version 2.1 and it will be fixed. See this for changelog of Catch Box Pro Theme http://catchthemes.com/changelogs/catch-box-pro-theme/
March 21, 2013 at 11:11 pm #5600prius4fParticipantThat did not fix it. Same problem continues. See same site above. What next?
March 21, 2013 at 11:49 pm #5602prius4fParticipantIt sometimes works now. In landscape view on the tablet, the responsive menu displays but without the arrow. Flipping to the narrower portrait orientation and reloading the page then the arrow displays. Then flipping back to landscape, and reload, the arrow goes away even though the responsive menu format is displayed.
March 21, 2013 at 11:53 pm #5603SakinKeymaster@prius4f: I think there is cache in your server. As I can see it in my mobile and tablet. It’s already fixed. Don’t worry just wait for cache to rollover.

What I am seeing now is that in landscape view the responsive page layout appears without an arrow on the menu. When I rotate the tablet 90 degrees to portrait view and without even doing a refresh, the down arrow appears. When I rotate back to landscape, it goes away. This behavior continues as long as I care to keep flipping the table. No page refresh is needed to make the arrow go away and then return depending on landscape or portrait. I’ve observed this behavior on two different Android browsers. So since there is no page refresh but the arrow comes and goes depending on the screen orientation, perhaps that is not related to the server caching old pages? Thanks, Steve

However, Catch Mustang does show a down arrow in both landscape mode and portrait mode on the android tablet. So this appears to be a theme issue with Catch Box Pro.
March 23, 2013 at 1:58 am #5699SakinKeymaster@prius4f: Yes I found the issue. We will fix that in new version update. But for now can you go to your responsive.css in your theme css folder. There you change
@media (max-device-width: 650px)
to@media (max-device-width: 767px)
March 23, 2013 at 2:08 am #5700prius4fParticipantExcellent. I will give that a try and watch for the update. Thanks.
March 23, 2013 at 3:12 am #5713prius4fParticipantYes, that works great.
