ParticipantHi @Mupa,
The site you have given does not look responsive. It uses a different site for mobile and a different one for desktop.

ParticipantHi @Mupa,
I think you solved the problem yourself 😀 . Let me know if you require further assist.

ParticipantHi @Bernie,
It looks like you solved it. Do you need help?

ParticipantHi everyone,
This issue should be fixed with latest theme version. Let me know if the option is still missing.

ParticipantHi @Eric,
I cannot understand what is broken. Both views look fine. Can you be more specific about which page title you mean?

ParticipantHi @Anidos,
I cannot seem to replicate the problem. The transition effects are working fine on my end.
Also, i could not understand what ‘cycle slideshow’ means? Do you mean the slideshow stops on the last image and does not loop? If that is the case, then please change the value of Customize=> Feature Slider=> Loop to 0. Currently, it must be set to one.
Let me know if otherwise.

ParticipantHi @touchtech,
Since this is plugin related issue, please ask for support in the plugin’s support forum.
Let me know if there is anything else.

ParticipantHi @benowchiro,
It is possible. Please let me know in which page do you want to hide the navigation.

ParticipantHi @bugoslesli,
For logo, just upload an image with that size and it should work.
For hiding the Site Title and Tagline, use following CSS code in Appearance=> Customize=> Theme Options=>
Custom CSS Styles box#hgroup { clip: rect(1px, 1px, 1px, 1px); height: 1px; overflow: hidden; position: absolute !important; width: 1px; }
Let me know how it goes.

PratikPratik
ParticipantHi @benowchiro,
It is not possible via CSS You will need to make edits in the custom-header file. If you are not comfortable with this, then you need to hire a customizer.

ParticipantHi @skynet,
We are working on it asap. Thank you for your patience.
Will let you know as soon as we find the bug.

ParticipantHi @skynet,
I have checked and tried to replicate the problem but its working fine after the upgrade on my end.
Also can you send me the list of plugins you have added? I will also install them and see if our theme and the plugin is compatible or not.
If this does not solve the issue, I might need your sites admin access.
Can you send me an email at pratik [at] catchthemes [dot] com with admin credentials and ftp(might need this to debug)?
Regards,
PratikPratik
ParticipantHi @skynet,
Can you try this: Customize=> Site Identity uncheck Display Header Text
Let me know how it goes.

ParticipantHi @rodolfo,
This is not a theme issue. Renewing the theme will not solve this issue.
Try resetting your password. If further problems occur, then you site might have been hacked. Please consult a specialist for that.
Let me know if I can help you with any further details.

ParticipantHi @sece43,
Only Catch Kathmandu Pro is compatible with WPML. If you want the free version to be compatible with WPML, then you will need to hire a customizer.Regards,

ParticipantHi @skynet,
Yes I see what you mean. To add spaces between the images, please use following Custom CSS code in Appearance=> Customize=> Theme Options=> Custom CSS box;
.hentry img { padding: 10px; }
Let me know how it goes.

ParticipantHumm, the first image is 360×375 and the second one is 360×360. Because of design issues, we selected 360×375 as the actual size for featured image for Archive Layouts Excerpt Image left and right.
We will discuss about this further and let you know the results.
For the time being, Can you let me know the actual image size for the image that you have used for first and second featured post images?
