@tikaram, also, I do have a 2 other website, one of them on a different server that are behaving the same. So it is not just website, or WordPress installation.

Besides the Menu Button, I cannot swipe down at the main front page, to reveal or land on the Homepage.

Issue still persists.

I did disable all plugins within the site; and took the site off CDN, and disabled any caching of assets.

Feel free to try the website.

If you do change the size of the browser as to un-maximize, the whole Menu list covers the whole page when you click on Menu Button.

And then if you do maximize the browser, the menu list wants to go upward, and nothing shows up.

Button issue still persists on the newest theme update catch-fullscreen-pro.2.4.4

The Menu Button won’t load when I am on the Main Home Page, and swipe down to the Home Page. Button won’t load.

Any suggestions to resolve this issue?

B. MANUAL UPDATE
i. Updating Theme Using Catch Web Tools Plugin

You can update Themes directly from the Administration Panel using Catch Web Tools plugin. Click here to read details about Catch Web Tools plugin. Let’s follow the steps below:

Login to your WordPress Administration Panel.
Go to “Plugins => Add New” and in the Search Bar, just search for “Catch Web Tools” and it will show you the “Catch Web Tools” plugin. From there, just click on the “Install Now” button and then “Activate” it.
Now, once the Catch Web Tools plugin has been activated. Go to “Catch Web Tools => Dashboard”, where you will see a list of modules that you can activate as per your need. But for updating you just need to activate the “Catch Updater” module. So, just click on the “Activate” button in Catch Updater box.
Installing “Catch Web Tools” plugin and activating the “Catch Updater” module is needed only one time. Once this is activated, you can skip these steps for next time and only follow the following steps.
Download your theme zip file from your Catch Themes member My-Account to your Desktop. Just for your note, some modern browser like Safari has auto zip extractor and will extract the zip file as soon as you download the zip file. In this case, open Safari and go to “Safari => Preferences” and in the “General” tab, uncheck Open “safe” files after downloading. This will stop Safari from automatically unzipping the files and then you can download the zip file.
Then go back to your WordPress Administration Panel and go to “Appearance => Themes => Add New”.
Click on “Upload Theme” and Browse the downloaded file theme zip file from the desktop where you have downloaded it.
Click “Install Now” and it will update to the latest version. It also creates a backup of your existing theme in Media Library

ii. Updating Theme Using FTP

To update Theme though FTP, follow these basic steps:

Download the latest version of theme from your Catch Themes member My-Account to your Desktop
Unzip zip file to your Desktop
Using an FTP client to access your host web server, go to /wp-content/themes/ and upload your new copy of Pro Theme which shall replace the old files

@Skandha, thank you. This did indeed resolve the issue, where now I can see the “Homepage”.

However, when I slide one notch from the First/Initial page, I get to grey page where it has two directional arrows; then I slide for the 2nd time I get to the Homepage. What is it that I activated made that happen? I would like to slide down and immateriality land at the Homepage.

As you can see from the images below; I am trying to get to the Homepage, bypassing the ‘Mystery page” that is all grew.

I think this is what I am beginning to realize; that clicking on ‘Tracy Twyman’s Da Vinci Code Decoded”, the Header(?) bar(?) title, it is to take you to the Homepage. I got confused thinking it should had linked me somewhere else. So clicking on it while on HomePage, it does flash since it is the Homepage already.

Thank you for following up with this. I love this theme that you did create, and I am trying to perfect my understanding and usage of it.

@Skandha, Hello, hopefully the image will show as a picture.

If I click on the Title within the bottom header / banner (what is the actual name for the bar within Catch-Theme?), the reaction is as if the page trying to go somewhere, yet it does not.

I did circle the Title / Site ID title within the banner in the image.

How can I have it to take me to a certain page; or the the Front Page ?

@Skandha, yeah, better to download the gif instead of just viewing it. Viewing it didn’t do much for me, looked more of a static picture rather than a moving .gif.
