I do not use any translation plugin on my website (https://bastienchilloux.com)

I can elect categories (which I name the way I want) but the “all” category seem to be a preset where everything is showed but I need to change “all” by another word.

How can I disable display title inside posts only ?
My posts titles may be long on I don’t like them to be displayed in 2 lines or more so how can I disable them inside posts. I know it’s possible to disable titles for pages but didn’t find the setting for posts.

Moreover, do you know how to disable automatic capital first letter on the Slogan next to the title of the website on the main page left hand corner ?
