Hi

I’ve installed and activated the Zubin Music Theme and the plugins Catch Themes Demo Import and Essential Content Types so I can import the demo content.

When I go to Catch Themes Demo Import in my WordPress Admin section, I get the message “There are no predefined import files available in this theme. Please upload the import files manually!”.

I searched the forum for possible solutions, like a hard refresh (ctrl+F5), but nothing seems to work.

Can you please advise or send me all the demo content files so I can upload them manually?

Hi Skandha, thanks so much for your quick reply.

The demo content you mailed me is for the Zubin theme, while I’m using the Zubin MUSIC theme. The Catch Theme site does say there is demo content available for the Zubin Music Child Theme I’ve installed.

As a test, I’ve imported the (basic) Zubin demo files but got the following error message:

The demo import has finished, but there were some import errors.
More details about the errors can be found in this log file:

I’ve added a copy of the full log file as an attachment in the email I’ve sent you.

Receiving the Zubin Music demo content and any tips to solve the import error are very much appreciated.
