Hi, i was updating my catch theme and full frame pro template on Tenderfit.com and some of my media is gone, and some of the pages are pulling up weird code. i had our hosting company do a restore and it was fine and again when i update my theme, it breaks.

i was also getting: An error occurred while updating Full Frame Pro: Update package not available.

i have updated to use the catch updater plug in too.

UPdate. The theme update loaded, however i can not pull up the site it says waiting.
Ill ck in morning. Please advise

Hi @Tiffini,

Please check the uploads folder’s permission. And check the files in the uploads folder exists. The update was the minor update and should not affect the files. Try checking again disabling the plugins.

Let me know further if the problem persists.
