    The admin section of my site is not allowing me to complete certain functions, such as customizing the Full Frame Pro theme. In fact, all theme customization options such as customize, widgets, menus, etc. are unavailable.

    I thought upgrading from v 2.3 to v 5.0.1 would be a possible solution. However:

    1. I don’t have FTP access at present
    2. The Catch Updated plugin (v. 1.6.2) is not allowing me to upload the v 5.0.1 Full Frame Pro theme from my desktop. the “Upload Theme” is unresponsive.

    Any suggestions/help on accomplishing the update?

    Thanks,

    JG

    @scullygio: Hello John,
    Since WP 5.5 you don’t need Catch Updater plugin to update the theme. You can upload the theme without the plugin.
    Please make sure to back up your theme before updating.

    Let me know if this works out!
    Kind Regards,

    I bypassed the Catch Updated plugin (deactivated it, actually), but unfortunately I was still unable to upload the theme.

    The “Upload Theme” button on the theme install page is not working. In fact, nothing on that page works. No featured themes appear, no popular themes, the latest, etc. Nothing happens when those options are clicked, either.

    Since it seems I can’t include a screenshot, I have included a link to one instead This is a screenshot of the install theme page:

    @scullygio: Hello John,
    I will need to look into your site to debug the issue. I have sent you an email. Please check your inbox as well as the spam folder.

    Kind Regards,
