MaheshMarch 8, 2017 at 6:46 pm #111534PaulParticipantMy apologies for not making myself clearer.
I’ve been there numerous times. The problem appears on the very bottom left corner of our website . truthequine.com
It is not any plugin as we deactivated them then re-activated them searching for a plugin that might cause a problem. No luck. Checked the footer.php file nothing there. I am sure there is a solution somewhere just need help finding it. Thanks.

This is what is there now. <div class=”copyright”>Copyright © [the-year] <span>[site-link]</span>. All Rights Reserved.</div><div class=”powered”>Theme: [theme-link]</div>
Did you look at the graphic file?
Thanks for your time

<div class=”copyright”>Copyright © [the-year] <span>[site-link]</span>. All Rights Reserved.</div>
this part in the Footer Editor. Let me know if any problem.Regards,
MaheshMarch 10, 2017 at 5:38 pm #111735PaulParticipantMahesh, with all due respect you are not understanding my question. I do NOT want to remove copyright in the footer.
The problem is in the background. Please look at the bottom left hand corner of the website in question. truthequine.com
Or look at the graphic image below.

March 13, 2017 at 12:26 pm #111847MaheshKeymaster@guize: Sorry, just got what you actually meant. Its not from the theme, but from one of the plugin you are using. There is a message displaying Lightbox Plus Colorbox. Please disable the plugin and check again. Let me know further.
Regards,
MaheshMarch 13, 2017 at 6:24 pm #111869PaulParticipantI have already done that once. I currently have the lightbox plus colorbox disabled. However, the problem is still there.

March 14, 2017 at 10:45 am #111914MaheshKeymaster@guzie: You are using some cache plugins. Sometimes, even after disabling plugins, the site seems to behave as it was due to cache. Please disable the plugins and try clearing the cache. Let me know if the problem persists, we’ll need to check on your server.

MaheshMarch 14, 2017 at 6:44 pm #111951PaulParticipantI have already done this. Mahesh, when I do a right click and “view page source” you can see the problem.
Please, see image below.

Thanks for your help and support.
PaulMarch 15, 2017 at 2:19 pm #112001MaheshKeymaster@guzie: We’ll need to check on your server of the issue. We’ll contact you through an email shortly.

MaheshMarch 16, 2017 at 7:05 am #112059PaulParticipantSite still have the issue. Could give a time when this will be fixed?
PaulMarch 16, 2017 at 12:27 pm #112090MaheshKeymaster@guzie: Was just about to check your site but couldn’t login. Have replied you through email.

MaheshMarch 17, 2017 at 12:11 pm #112171MaheshKeymaster@guzie: Checked your site, tried changing theme to WordPress core theme and the text didn’t show up in there. I recommend you to update the theme/ try installing a fresh copy of the theme. You won’t lose any settings doing this. Let me know if the problem persists.
Note: We don’t have such text in our theme file/code.Regards,
