while trying to load our page following error in console:

Failed to load resource: net::ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED https://earthpulse.netTS.Frontend.css.php.css?ver=4.3.1

In view source I see this:
<link rel=’stylesheet’ id=’ts-frontend-css’ href=’https://earthpulse.netTS.Frontend.css.php.css?ver=4.3.1&#8242; type=’text/css’ media=’all’ />

Any idea where this is generated? is it the theme or some plugin?

@Paul: That is generated from plugin. So, check for the plugin which added this file. To check that, you need to deactivate plugin one by one.
