    I had somehow created a sticky social media sidebar that moved when i scrolled up and down. I don’t know how I did it.
    I can’t replicate it. Please send me instructions.

    @jamesmillerlifeology: Go to Dashboard=> Appearance=> Customize=> Additional CSS box and add the following CSS:

    #menu-social-menu {
    position: fixed;
}

    I added it to my css but nothing happened. There is no sticky social sidebar on my site.

    @jamesmillerlifeology: Where have you put the CSS code? I checked your site, you have compressed it so I cannot really trace it to check the issue.
