    Hi,

When using IE or Firefox in the new Windows 8 platform, the featured slider text and scroll arrows appear as transparent white boxes. Why are windows 8 internet browsers having a difficult time displaying this text? is it a browser update issue or an operating system issue?

It works fine in all browsers on my MAC and Windows 7 PC.

@Shawn: I don’t see any issue. Which version of IE and Firefox are you using it. Can you upload screenshot in your site or any photo-sharing site and send me the link to screenshot. Then I can check in more.

I am having the same issue. On Mozilla Firefox (55.0.3) the slider arrows, scroll up arrow, and search icon appear as a box with some letters in them. On Internet Explorer (11.0.46) the don’t show up at all.

    Hi James,

It’s because of conflicting plugin. You need to disable “menu-icons” plugin and your site will work fine.

    Regards,
    Sakin
