I am using Foodie World on a localhost and want to get rid of the Archive heading which is showing on the /blog page.
Cannot see how I can do this.

also, I’ve installed Woocommerce and when I go to /shop, the header image is larger than it is when viewing normal pages.

    @thetraininglady: To remove archive heading
Go to => Appearance => Customize => Theme Options => Homepage / Frontpage Settings => Recent Posts Heading => Edit the text

The header image size on WooCommerce page shop seems to showing same as other pages.
Please let me know when you site is accessible.

Let me know if this helps you out!
    Kind Regards,
    Skandha

It is not the Recent Posts Heading I want to change, its the fact that above Recent Posts it says Archive as shown in this screenshot. https://pasteboard.co/HJTXnml.png

Regarding the Woocommerce, it is only a localhost site and if you look at the following screenshots, #1 is the front page of the localhost site with the smaller header image. #2 is the /shop page created by WooCommerce with the header image displaying larger.

@thetraininglady: The heading Archives may be showing up as a page title. Can you check if you have selected Homepage Settings as a static page then Homepage as Archives.
It’s difficult to debug the issue just looking at the screenshots. Can you please let me know when your site is live?

    Kind Regards,
    Skandha

The homepage settings are set to static and I have set the page named “Home” as the Home page and posts page as page called “Blog”.
The site will not go live as it is a localhost demo site only.

@thetraininglady: Can you try deactivating all your plugins and check if this resolves the issue?

    Kind Regards,
    Skandha
