Hi. I’ve uploaded header images, selected “randomize uploaded headers”, and saved/published. The images cycle as I load new pages – but ONLY in the working site, NOT for the public. What is happening?

March 3, 2017 at 3:31 pm #111201MaheshKeymaster@abisbee: Make sure you’ve selected randomized header. If the problem persists let me know, will have to check on your server for the issue.

Current header
Randomizing uploaded headers <– This is not enabled for selection
a list of uploaded images
Hide image – Add new image
Previously uploaded
Randomizing uploaded headers <–This is selected. The images refresh from within the development side, but not in the live site. (And yes, I “save and publish”.)
Any ideas?
Thanks, Mahesh.

We needed to go live with the site and have transferred the domain to http://wellnesswarriorsboston.org. Please use this URL when troubleshooting the site.
Thanks.
AliceMarch 6, 2017 at 9:59 am #111358MaheshKeymaster@abisbee: Check your site and seems the random header is working fine. Sorry for the late reply.

MaheshMarch 6, 2017 at 10:15 am #111361abisbeeParticipantPlease check out NOT on the admin site. They cycle on the admin side but not when logged out. They don’t cycle for anyone who has checked, using any type of device!
(I didn’t expect you to answer on the weekend. 🙂 )
