    Hello my name is Claude Roy and I am the webmaster at http://www.hldempsey.com. We recently purchased a one month support ticket but have not been able to use it. When trying to enter the information, the page reloads and shows the different subscriptions. This was order #106096. Can we please get some help or at least refund us the $49.99. This was ordered on 12/29/16.
