    Hello (Skandha ?),

    I used the pop-up plugin.
The popup has in the site different views, depending om the operating system you use and the screen format.
An example: on my MacBook Pro the pop up is very low on the screen. On a windows desktop the pop up stands in the middle of the page and if I enlarge the distance from the bottom a bit, the pop up hides the menu.
Is there a way to have a fixed position for the pop up in all operating systems and all screen formats?

    Kind regards

    Hans Hagmeijer

    Hello Skandha,

    The URL is
    https://www.hagmeijer.nl/1-5-postcode-6/
As I look at my MacBook Pro the pop up codes the menu (header right)
If I look at a windows monitor (with windows 10 operating system), the pop up bottom is on the page bottom.

    Kind regards

    Hello Skandha,

    Thank you for answering.
I showed the plugin again. Now you can see it on all pages on hagmeijer.nl You can see that the top of plugin is higher than the menu.

And by the way: the targeting seems not working properly. After installing the wished targeting, the plugin always want to occur on homepage.

    Kind regards

    Hans Hagmeijer.

    Hello Skandha,

    Have you forgotten to answer?
I have a rather big problem with the pop up.

I will explain again. As you see on hagmeijer.nl: the popup is too large for the website and there is no scroll possibility. The pop up hides the menu.

That is not the most important problem: the pop up only works on one page (homepage).
And a second pop up doesn’t work on another page than home page.

Please can you look at it, because a have to deliver the website and this is the only thing that fails.
