Nice theme by the way, thank you developer!
So, I’m creating my website http://www.ijigjig.net and using MP4 Header and Gif Background.
Desktop version – it’s all working well.
Android Mobile Phone and Tablet – No header – black spot instead, but text of it is there. Gif Background Works.
For Apple iPad otherwise – MP4 Header works well, but no GIF Background.
Could you please help me fix it.
I already asked my hosting provider they did their best of what they could but can’t resolve without you and I’m sent here to ask support. Thank you!
I hope it’s something easy quick fix like plugin or something I don’t know:)

To have the Header Video play on mobile devices as well you will need to use our Header Enhancement Plugin.

Hi Skandha, thank you for your quick and helpful response!
Yes, I’ve installed the plugin and it solved this issue on Win10 Desktop and Android Mobile Smartphone and Tablet.
Apple iPad still the same – MP4 Header plays, but no Gif background. I’ll proceed with my creation than, and if you have something extra on your mind on how to fix gif background on iPads – it would be nice, I’ll fix it later.
I’m gonna write a good review for you, good support and the products.

Go to => Appearance => Customize => Additional CSS and add the following CSS Code.

body.custom-background {
    background-size: cover !important;
}

Hi Again,
Is there a chance to make MP4 Video on the header loop continuous play without pressing play button? I would like to make it autopay itself looped as soon as page opens. Customers too busy clicking on play button. Please let me know. The rest is good:)

Hi Skandha, thanks for Your kind response, support and recommendations, I really appreciate it!
That’s not kind of issue:) I just trying to make my MP4 video Header running on autopay loop, now first time it loads (or after you clear cookies) you need to push play button on it. But most new customers they are first time loading the page, so needs to push button:). I can send you my screen but I can’t see how to attach it here. Or just clear cookies on your and try to open it again. You will see it needs to be clicked to play banner video. If you could suggest plugin or code to fix it it would be nice!
It’s nice theme, I really like it, and like you too:) don’t worry it’s not complain, just kind question.

@alextsy: Hello Alex,
The default setting in the Header Enhancement free plugin is that it enables sound and disables autoplay. To autoplay Header Video you will need to upgrade to the pro version of the plugin. You can check out the additional-features available in pro version of the plugin.
