Hi good morning,

last night i bought the Photography Pro theme. Now I have skipped the option to create an account.

I paid the payment via credit card details of my friend (Joel Pattynama) and entered his email address.

Everything seemed to be going well until I wanted to install the theme and it was directed to the license key that I should find in my created account. I don’t have this one because that option was not mandatory.

Can you please send the lisence key by mail or add the purchased theme to my account? The account is on the username of Francesstefanie and email address info @ francesstefanie.

I hope I will be helped soon because this is stagnating my work.

Okay update: I received the license key (which doesn’t match by the way. Now I found out that the Photography Pro theme is not supported by the latest version of WordPress ..

Now I would like to see my money returned. Can anyone help me?

Which theme did you purchase? Fortografie Pro theme is supported by the latest version of WordPress. So, what is the issue that you are having? Please check your email.

Hi Sakin,

thank you for your quick reply! I follow the instruction for updating Pro Theme. By doing and follow all the steps that is in the tutorial I got this message:

“This module has been disabled by default since WordPress version 5.5 and above. For further detail, please visit this link”
