Currently when shrink to mobile, get logo but no site title or tag line.

Would either like all three when mobile or only site title and no logo or tag line.

Is this possible and how?

@sharijs: Go to => Appearance => Customize => Additional CSS and add the following CSS Code.

.wp-custom-logo .site-identity {
	display: block !important;
}
