For some reason my site casehardintexas.com when displayed on a mobile device (iOS) shows a missing “Header” and two missing images, however the Header is present on every other page and the same images that are missing are visible on other pages as well.
Please help Sakin!
Thank you in advance!
April 29, 2015 at 8:20 pm #56781JesseMemberI did try duplicated the page and then deleting the original. I did establish the new copy as the new static, front page but I am still having the same issue.
April 30, 2015 at 8:51 pm #56853JesseMemberI found a solution that is working for now. I installed W3TotalCache plugin and it seemed to resolve the issue.
Once you are back online and reading the long lists of support tickets and this doesn’t seem like a viable solution please let me know.
I hope you have a quick and speedy recovery from the devastating events.
May 1, 2015 at 3:51 pm #56907SakinKeymaster@Jesse: Thanks today, I am back for few hours to provide online support. As I need to work in community support as well. We still have Internet, electricity, water and sanitization problem.
I check in your site and found that your background image http://casehardintexas.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/03/nashville_broadway.jpg is too heavy with size of 1.5MB, you can 417MB minimum or even less, see this image https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/81234910/nashville_broadway_optimized.jpg and same way your header image is also large http://casehardintexas.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/CHBanner1680x600.jpg which can be optimized, see this image https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/81234910/CHBanner1680x600_optimized.jpg . This is the reason your site is loading slow and showing header image only after some time. Replace those images and also use W3 Total Cache or WP Rocket plugin to cache.
