Sometimes when I check my site http://www.przemianaumyslu.pl on my android phone or my wife checks it on her Iphone the main menu does not open when I click on the button “MENU”. Sometimes it works ok and sometimes it doesn’t. Each time it doesn’t I look up the website of my friend that also uses Catch Box Free Theme: http://www.jestescudem.com and the menu on her website always opens ok on my mobile phone. So it looks like it is an issue with the set up on of my theme. Could you please let me know what I can do to correct it?
    Best regards,
    Rafal

I have several applications installed but I don’t know if I have any plugins and I don’t know how to check it. But in any case, the problem should NOT be the plugins on my phone because as I told you: each time I cannot open the menu on my site I can ALWAYS open the menu on my friend’s site which has EXACTELY THE SAME THEME AS I HAVE. Please let me know.
    Thank you,

@rafalwerez: The issue is occurring in http://www.przemianaumyslu.pl/ site in mobile only. Other site is working fine. Does the issue occur on the demo too on your mobile.

I know that the other site is working fine. That is why I suppose the problem is not with my mobile or plugins that are installed on my phone. Why would I be able to open my friend’s site menu from my phone and not my own site menu if we have the same theme installed? The only 3 reasons I can think of are:
    a) that there is some setting on my theme that I have set up differently that she does (I have no idea what could that be) or
    b) that maybe I have another plugin installed on my site that interferes with the Catch theme,
    c) or there is a bug in the Theme itself that causes it to happen.
I will check the Demo you provided when/if the problem arises again. I will let you know. Today I was able to open the menu ok both on my site and on the demo.
    Thank you,
    Rafal

Hello again. The problem with the menu on my mobile phone arose again. Someone told me they had suddenly trouble with accessing it. I checked it on my phone yesterday and today and indeed I could not access the menu as well. The menu box just turned white and did nothing. I immediately checked the DEMO you provided and my friend’s site that uses the same theme and I had no trouble with accessing the menu there. SO IT IS DEFINITELY NOT A PROBLEM WITH ANY PLUGINS INSTALLED on my mobile as you suggested before. Could you please help me resolve this issue?

It it really important to me to make this menu dependable ASAP as over 100 people use my site and listen to audio online classes daily. Please let me know. Thank you.

@rafalwerez: By plugins I mean the plugins installed on your site not on you mobile. Go to Dashboard=> Plugins and try disabling them one by one and check if that resolves the issue. Some plugins may conflict with theme and create such issues. Let me know further.

Ok, I will do that next time the issue occurs on my mobile. At the moment it appears to be ok (it’s been always like that – sometimes it works, sometime it doesn’t). I will let you know. Thank you.

@rafalwerez: Yes, sure. I guess its a plugin conflict because the issue isn’t occurring on our server.
